Gloves with "V AREA" Reinforcement

THE "V AREA" IS THE PART OF THE HAND BETWEEN THE INDEX FINGER AND THUMB WHICH IS EXPOSED TO GREATER RISKS.

This is why the "V AREA" needs to be protected in a way that does not interfere with movement, manoeuvrability or comfort but that increases its strength.

Most of MAFEPE's URO® gloves have a strip of the same material or a different material to provide this improvement. After analyzing thousands of different types of gloves it has been demonstrated that 95% of them tear or wear out in the "V AREA". This type of protection that was introduced 30 years ago has been improved over the years, increasing the protected surface area and achieving extraordinary results: reduction in accidents or less serious accidents and lower glove consumption.

EXAMPLE AND COMPARISON OF RESISTANCE IN A SINGLE GLOVE:
• EN 388 (3, 5, 4, 3)
• “V AREA” tests EN 388 (4, 5, 4, 4)
• ISO 13997 TESTS = 29.33 N

URO® gloves with "V AREA" protection exceed their expected useful life and are therefore good, cost-effective and win over customers. Gloves with a short life span or duration are expensive.
